Non Resident Indians (NRIs), Oversea Citizens of India (OCIs) & Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs) (See NRIs. OCIs & PIOs) (jointly named Indian/Overseas Indians herein) have World’s second largest presence (after Chinese) spread over 110 countries in all six continents around the world. Indians Constitute a significant social & cultural force in all these countries. Their entrepreneurship, economic strength, education & professional skill are widely recognized and have significantly contributed in the economic development of their host country.
Many of the Indians have acquired global identity & are the reckoning force in the International Corporates/ MNCs. Indian particularly Indian youth are the great assets for their host country because of their intellectual capital, enthusiasm, dedication and energy. Because of their sizeable and influential presence in their respective host country, Indians are effectively contributing to the political system there.
